The mystery song that I keep hearing from time to time in shops and which is so amazingly beautiful and I even asked the sales person in Next, once, who was playing. He didn't have a clue and looked like he prefered RnB and he called the Home office about it who said they didn't know because it was a special cd for the company that they pass all day long and they didn't know who was playing what and nobody in the shop cared and knew and they all only wanted to go home.

I though I heard this album at a friend's house once and he told me who it was so I got this album indeed, but when I got the album...Brreeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh it was crap!!
It was a Snow Patrol album and it was pathetic, rubbish, boring and shit and stuff.

Since, I found out that Snow Patrol owned one of my favourite ever songs, which is called Chasing cars, posted in a blog at a previous date.

So today, I went back to listen to this pretty song, and saw this song on Songza.com by snow Patrol and it was called "Run".
I clicked on it...And it is th mystery song that I have been searching for for months without knowing who it was!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I found it and it's the most beautiful song on Earth! (After Muse's stuff)

Run, by Snow Patrol.
But don't buy the album because none of the good songs are on it and the album's well crap.

It is such a good book, it came from a proper Indian shop in Wembley (a rather Indian part of London, though not as Indian as Southall) selling pans and lots of Indian copper bowls and ceremony things for Indians (and their neighbours I suppose, I am not so knowledgeable in who does what, Bangladesh and all the others)
This book talks about Urine therapy as well as magnetotherapy (I think it's what it's called, therapy with magnets) and advocates drinking charged water (like copper, silver, gold...)

I found this author of such grounding advice, in general; and he gives me much hope of finding health and balance, one day.

I have been accupressurising my hands for the last 4 days, since I picked that book up again. The first 2 nights I did it before going to bed, I am not sure on what point I was, the stomach or middle of palm. I was dowsing off and twice, a very vivid image of my childhood came back; one was an image of my mother's dress which I had forgotten about, and the other one a vision of something that happened, but very vivid.
I hardly ever get strong images from my past, unless I am in a therapy session like craniosacral therapy or healing of some sort, but not alone, so I can only say those memories came after current was invited to run through the meridians whilst drifting to sleep.
My sleep has been better, my dreams more vivid and I even dreamed, one night, that I was able by putting my hands over a see through mirror, to heal my past and actively influence it. Unfortunately, I woke up just as I put my hands through the mirror to touch the past...

I also find more of myself since a few days; like a hope, a rope attaching me back to this fragile inner self that I keep running away from and bashing on the head, lately. It feels like a hope that one day, this late self-destruction will stop to leave place to a self-nurturing attitude and behaviour. Maybe I will have regained some self-worth, then...

Though, this rope is growing stronger. It feels strange to have hope. Maybe other "things" are helping me too, to attach me back to life. Whatever they are, I thank them. It would be a shame to have lived and not actually have achieved any of the things I came here for (if I really came for them)

May those accupressure points be of interest to some of the passers-by on this blog.

PS: I added 2 very important pages about how to apply accupressure and how he insists that the pressure should be intermittent and not prolonged in a still way. So it be like an alternative current source.

PPS: I am not going to be humble and hide whatever is happening in me, it is not a trend and it is a phase, and it is not there to disturb or to attract attention. My blog originally was an expression, now it feels a bit repressed but I will still go through feeling ashamed for saying what I say or don't say because I fear to be judged by a potential reader.

Powered by Photoblog.com

I can't believe some person actually said "If you want to be taken seriously, you better branch out and start seeing male fronted bands in 2009!" because Neil likes female fronted bands or just finds them more interesting than men, I don't know. (Neil is welcome to leave a comment about that one if he sees this blog).

But...What the hell!!! Jealous or whaaaaaaaaaaaat they aaaare!!! Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuh!....

See Neil's blog here.
http://wildblanket.squarespace.com/
This is Neil that has taken super pictures of me with beer bottles for Terry,(I can't find that blog again, I have hidden it so well in the past! Merde!) Neil that offered me the Origane-fashion book and Neil who is featured on the 23rd and 25th of december with the Mab girls and Voltane-Gary and other people.

Powered by Photoblog.com

My brother, around but not, my aunt, saying she doesn't know when she does...
They all come here. They know but they don't know.
Their consciousness linked to it all is, and sees. So does mine. Though, what are the answers? What is to be done, now?
What a strange world and strange possibilities that this present lifetime gives.

------------------------------------------

I have done the same thing again. I wanted to attract attention, got it, way too much of it. As a result, I have gone all shy and want to hide away under tables, and be forgotten, so I can be myself again and not feel "watched", be whoever I would like to express and be again.
Though this time, there are no nipples indeed.
I like anonymity.

------------------------------------------
Does anyone know if Bernard Chabrol still works in the hysteric St Caprais in Agen? I still think about him very much, and was thinking of pestering him with a new year's card, though I probably won't. He is my muse, my darkness in the light, my teenage hope of ever one day, managing to be myself and he knows it. He never actually told me to piss off with my letters, which is very strange.
Ah, Bernard. One word would be enough to dissipate it all.

------------------------------------------
How to clean a fragile and very precious camera lense without scratching it?

------------------------------------------

Oh yes, I have been paranoid. So so paranoid. They blame sugar for those things, though at the time, I wasn't even eating any. I should have been healthy, I wasn't. Why?

-------------------------------------------

Chocolate / destruction / self harm
But at least I admit it. Yuck.

------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------

I cannot pretend things are right when they are not. If things are not right, it is in everyone's interest to (fuck off) including myself.
Except for the ones that learned know how to understand me, they know who they, rare, are.

-----------------------------------------

I take responsability for my own life, my own growth, and my own-well being. Even if it involves suffering as part of "self love".

------------------------------------------

Happy birthday to John.

There is bound to be a John born on the 3d of January,at the time of this post, somewhere in the world.

------------------------------------------

My blog has changed a lot in those last few months... That is the effect of wanting attention and then feeling I can't actually breathe anymore and post what I randomly enjoyed, before.
Or maybe I have lost interest in my blog and expressing.
I am becoming boring.

Though, I do like very much some of those stainless glass pictures with the flowers in the background. And it was an unusual day when flatmate and I, independently, took the bus to go to a waitrose in Barbican somewhere and then he left, deciding he didn't like anything in Waitrose to go to a big Marks and Spencers and I didn't keep the mushrooms he put in my basket for some reasons I didn't recognize then.

Before the waitrose, needing the toilet, Flatmate and I went to a pub near that supermarket, Waitrose, shame on them, not having any customer's toilets. This was the first time I went to a pub in months.

Waitrose was visited to get a nice box of chocolate. And a few vegetables.

What happened afterwards was really unusual actually, not having taken my keys because I was relying on my independant flatmate to stay around in Waitrose and get back together, shame on me too, I arrived home first, nobody in and stuck outside, in the very freezing evening.

Hiding my shopping amongst the recycling boxes at the frontdoor, I went...TO the pub around the corner!
I have lived there a year and a half, nearly 2 years, and went to that pub maybe twice. I stopped going as they didn't sell still mineral water.

This was the day to experiment, not having a mobile phone neither, (what a relief to live like 20 years ago) the pub was the best option.
It is a very trendy pub, always full of people and not too full of very ancient locals like you see in many pubs, probably because it opens quite late in the afternoon. The ancient locals usually prefer pubs which open around 12pm.
Not that I have anything against ancient locals who spend their days in the pub, though they put me off a bit, not having anything else to do in their lives but socialising whilst having a pint. Unlike me who is always so very active and busy in my life, spending most of my day socialising with a pint of water in front of my computer.

So yes, a nice crowd, very noisy and a bit trendy like. A barman who apparently doesn't do very good Bloody mary's and carries mattresses down Homerton from place to place, whilst his flatmate friend watches him break his back and takes a bus and complains about him not doing bloody mary's very well [bless him] and then carries on reading his book.
That friend who was alone admitted to being quite drunk, and the barman looked at him with a pitty mixed with some sort of love.
I thought it was odd of someone to take the piss out of their friend and say they are not such good barmen, to someone they don't know, when their friend is actually standing nearby. It is a little off putting somehow, and I was starting to regret the absent very-ancient lager drinking locals.

The barman was very nice and explained that they were a very popular pub and what was I doing in here, and I explained it is not the sort of place that I frequent on a regular basis but had to rather than being in the freezing cold and did he have a warm mineral water.

He was drinking White Russian, a drink with Kalhua and vodka and...MILK!!!!hurrrgh. He made me try some and beside the disgusting milk, it was sort of drinkable.
I had an interesting time watching people socialising and having many drinks, and managed to miss my flatmate passing by in the street with neighbours from nextdoor in front of him, being chased after.

I don't know how people manage to socialise like that in pubs, I find it very difficult. Whether I am alone or in a group. In fact, alone in some ways is more pleasant as I don't need to feel odd for not drinking alcohol, which the group would and I don't have to interact and try to appear cleverer than I actually am.

ANyway, I was forced to have a quarter-pint of guiness in this pub as they had still mineral water,(what an improvement, I may be back) but it was freezing cold from the fridge and they didn't have a kettle to heat the bottle with. So, I had to have a Guiness instead.

The quarter pint was nearly all drunk and back home I was after 45 mins, grumpy somehow for some reason I wasn't sure about.

PS: May Flatmate please not be upset at being de-personalised into this very friendly flatmate word. I do hope to be called flatmatetoo in flatmate's blog. Flatmate and flatmateme need to find a steadier balance in this flatship relation.

 It is grumping me.

Powered by Photoblog.com

It took him 2 years to make, has 50 pages and is absolutely beautiful.
It made me very very happy, in such gloomy days that were then.

It is the only copy and the deal is that if I ever feel it becomes a garage item and need to de-clutter it, to give it back to Neil!
Well, I do declutter a lot, but this one, I won't.

house that I wanted to build for Christmas day.

I will post, without authorisation again, a letter from a friend.

"Old Londinium lay huddled 'gainst the dying of the light,
The dark december days,
When from the east the elfin architect
turned back the looming night.

In gay profusion, marzipan and marshmellow,
sweets and allsorts scaffold roofs and walls,
Whimsey rules a chaos of color and form
that comes to life beneath her gentle, smiling touch

Guarded by witches and wonders, the fairy village
glows with warmth that softens windows, walls
and winter's snow covered hearts

Good friends, you may search so far and wide as you wilt
but never find such other town as this,
that Love hath built."

Thank you Mike for having visited the Gingerbread village, and to all the others who did also, as silent, writen or vocal appreciation.
To make something for me is wonderful, but to share it with you makes it even more worthwhile. (and I mean...More. Would this exist, without your looking at it?)

May you all have a happy new year, and many fantastic adventures and understandings during, before and after it.

Powered by Photoblog.com
