This house a repo listed at $77900, this is an excellent house for the price. It comes with stainless steel appliances in kitchen including a dish washer, the washer and dryer stay too. Has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Newer carpet. Living room/dining room is a large open room. Bedroom upstairs is a bit on the small side kind of like our computer room size if you remember that. The one in the basement isnt bad sized though. Basement is carpeted so no icky feet feeling. Big yard, has a garage but the clearance is a little low may not fit your truck. In all this is the best house we have seen so far for the price.
We can fit 2 on here today!! This the second house is priced at $96000, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. It is very cute, updated everything. Good sized yard that needs a lot of help need to pull shrubs out and take out the dog area which is not fit for a dog really. New windows, new roof, new kitchen, only has the stove and a portable dishwasher in kitchen no fridge. Large walkin closet upstairs and 2 large bedrooms. Big bath room with claw foot tub upstairs too. There is a separate dining room, the laundry area is on main level. Small bedroom on main floor with 1/2 bath in it. They have been doing some structural work in basement and it did look pretty good. Has been on the market for a while a little more than a year. Started priced at $134,000. This is really a nice house and especially for the price it is currently listed. I forgot to take pictures of outside! It is blue and has a nice porch to put a swing on if you wanted.
